Ramen Time at Baikohken!

Hehe.. been nuaing for so long(2 weeks) until my mumu complained. Made her angry again on our special day:p Sorrie! dear dear i will strive to be more 'assertive' k! Love love u always!
Found this ramen shop when we went to collect my graduation photos and family portrait. It is located at North Canal road.

What my dear dear had

The Miso soup ramen. I had a bit of her ramen and the soup tasted abit salty. The young jap chef was generous with the ingredients. My dear had alot of bean sprouts and the "soon". My darling prefers the ramen that we had Marutama

My turn! (must ask dear dear hw to underline)

I had a clear base ramen. It had a special butter known as SHIO butter. I must admit that the butter scent was very fragnant and it serves to whet up my appetite. However, the noodles is abit soggy. I prefer my noodles to be hard like instant noodles.

Finally to complete our dinner is gyoza! The gyoza is good as it was 'chao da' which i liked. However, the only complain was it bit oily.

Breakfast at Tampines Round Market

been procrastinating on these few posts!hehz we been eating too much but too lazy to post.so the posts will be short and sweet

we went for breakfast on 25 nov at tampines round market after xin got off work from his night shift.you can hardly get him out of bed if he has been sleeping. what a lazy pig!i have given up having bfast with him on days he doesn have to work.

What he had for breakfast
1) Sinalco soft drink (so unhealthy)
he had soft drink in the morning!zhen shi de and he even come up with the excuse saying that this is such a "retro" drink he cant find it anywhere else...excuses only!

2) Dry Prawn noodles

I was told it was tasteless from the looks of it, ya look quite bland. but even so, xin was able to finish all of it!:p

1)my daily dose of caffine!

i must have caffine in the morning. I always have the feeling that coffee tastes better in these porcelain cups as compared to those in glasses. oh well, probably thats my imagination :)

2) Chai Chee Pork Porridge

I do like their porridge but their standard is not consistant. I find the porridge here thicker than that sold in bedok market 85. btw their boss has got a v good memory, he doesn need to write dw the orders and he is able to remember them. my dad likes to patronise this stall too. hehz

Dinner at Crystal Jade TM

We met up today to have dinner before xin went to work and before i set off to genting tomorrow morning. :) haven spend much time together cos we are both busy-him with work and me with my DS hehe

but any little time with xin is so blissful :) guess tats whats sustaining our relationship for so long. I love being with him.he always puts me at ease although he keeps nagging that i have put on lots of weight!humpf!wait till i slim dw then u know!

although it is xin's turn to update the blog, i decided to do it since xin is sooo busy with work and while im away, leave him something to read. :) we decided to go TM as usual for dinner cos he has to leave at 7pm for work- poor darling.

I like eating at crystal jade so off we went :)

We had chrysanthemum tea as shown :) hehz, although i prefer pu'er but though chrysanthemum would be a nice change and also it is able to bring dwon heatiness in one's body which xin needs coz he needs to work overnight. as my mummy would say, very shang sheng one :)

My food!

I love their congee-and i always order the same thing: No 68-Pig's liver, kidney and meat ball congee And we forgot to take pictures again before we eat!wat typical pigs *oink oink* so this is the congee less garnishes

He ordered yang zhou fried rice, xin likes it but i prefer my mummy's one.cos i could taste ba gua but xin said there isnt. oh well!and he finished the whole plate of rice no wonder he was so full before going to work.

actually, i had more of it cos xin was so full already hehz.and tat concluded our short but sweet date :P with poor xin going to work.

Fish & Co at Tampines Mall

hehz, this is such a long waited post, been sitting on it for the past few days.If it was xin, think i would have niam till his ears bleed liao haha, double standard don you think so?im so lucky to have such a nice bf.
think getting more and more lazy bones in my body, must be cos of the amt of fat accumulated.:)

Anyway, me and xin went to fish & co at tampines mall on 05 nov cos he had this voucher courtesy of M1 and only expires on that day itself.zhen shi de, so last minute.and after dinner he had to rush to work, couldn spend much time with me.

Our orders for the day:
1) Clam chowder
(actually is his cos im allergic to clams, if eaten, i will start vomitting, rashes and headaches and what have you, quite bad)

2)Cola Tonic

He had cola tonic, cos he had ordered a set meal which comes with a soup of the day and a drink choices-cola tonic and passion fruit for an additional $5.50. Cola tonic is quite normal-feels like 7-up with some colouring.i would have ordered passion fruit by oh well...shall not impose my choices on him bhahaha (as thou i haven been doing that :p)

3) Sambal Fish

For someone who likes her food spicy and hot, i find the assam fish to be quite hot for my liking. but i enjoy the rice though cos i like the rasins in them. so sweet of xin to give my all his rasins found in his seafood platter.

4) His seafood platter for one

Think this dish is worth its money if you are that kind that cannont decide what to eat, order this then. It has prawns, calamari, fish, fries and rice.All in one combi :)
And finally BAO BAO liao :)
Actually, one thing i like about fish & co is that they will give out spearmint sweets together with their bills. It is such a sweet gesture and i always like their sweets, wonder where can i purchase them. I have one now cos i cant bear to eat it yet hehz.
