June Holidays!

School holidays are here!!! Been a long time since i last updated our blog.. hehe darling was complaining and wanting the blog to "die" a natural death.. NO way!!! hehehe.. decided to bring my darling to a swanky restaurant to have a nice meal.
As such, was surfing around and happened to see the same place advertised in Dear's Cleo magazine--- Forlino at One Fullerton.
We decided to go on 3rd June 2009. Managed to park at Marina Square.. didnt realized it was freaking far from fullerton... should have parked at fullerton straight instead...we have to walk so far in our nice nice clothes hahaha... my floral (in fashion now) shirt was soaked with sweat..
finally we managed to reach (after half an hour late)..
the place was packed during lunch time.. cant notice any ongoing economic crisis or recession when executives and ang mohs can pay like 50 for lunch... talk about disparity between the rich &poor ...
we ordered the set lunch and the appetitizer(no idea what it was)..i just gobbled it down in 1 nanosecond?? and started attacking the bread..haha
after which, they served pumkin soup for darling while mine was some cured meat(like parma ham).. as usual, i started to eat quickly instead enjoy the ambience and the beautiful sights(merlion and esplanade???) until dear reminded me...
next up was squid ink linguine for dear while mine was pork chop!! i preferred ma maison black ink spagetti rather than forlinos cos it got capscium etc.. sort of overwhelm the taste. My pork chop was surprisingly sweet but the portion could be bigger.. well whatever..after that we had coffee until 2+.. i wish i could have 1hr+++ lunch even for working days.. slack sia!!
after that we headed to pennisula for my suit fitting. damn i really out of shape..except for being round.. then we went shopping at raffles city and marina square to shop for evening dress for Sandra's upcoming wedding...so difficult to find white sia.. darling we shall have a orange dress k!!!
we been walking for hours.. until we decided to eat yoshinoya.. too tired cant think of anything else to eat...were reminscing of the days in japan.. should have tried yoshinoya instead of just using the toilet hahaha... we shall go back soon k darling!!!OSaka Kyoto, Sapproo and others!!!
