Fixing of air-con

Met up with Kenneth today for fixing up of air-con. The inital price that was quoted for us was $2800 for system 3 Inverter however it was 9000 Btu. The air-con man said if one of the unit was to be placed in the living room, it would take an hour or more to cool the entire living room + dining area due to large area involved. In additional, it might not be cool enough. Therefore, after discussion with my pretty wife who is busy at school, we decided to top up an additional of $300 bucks to change it 18000 Btu for the living room.
Sigh, there goes our inital cost savings (the price was similar to what was quoted by Gain City). We shall invite our families over more often for gathering ( bring ah ti, ah mei and also Kaiqi over!!).
The workers were plastering the whole house when i was there, hmm, i must admit after plastering, the texture felt so much smoother sia, hope it justify the money spent on it..



Master Bedroom toilet: 2 different tiles, cant capture the color and difference due to the lighting, the stainless rain shower must be installed...wonder got stainless steel WC or not.. haha

Oh ya, the rooms are also wired up liao but didnt manage to take a pic, saw our living room tiles in the study room, looks much better than i initally thought

Was asking Kenneth about the estimated completion date. He said the entire renovation will complete before National day but he would need it up till then for acid wash etc.. will hand over on 9th Aug.

The tiler will be coming soon once all the wiring are been done.

Oh Ya, managed to see that Kenneth drives a Lexus sia.. do contractor until rich sia..
