Fetched darling and went down to Kovan for breakfast but there was no parking space. As such, we went over to a Kopitam opposite of the ID firm.
Order fishball noodles from the only noodle stall.. Liyang used to bring us to eat.. oh my god.. had to wait for 45 mins for the noodles and no place to park... wonder is it worth the wait.. here are the pics..

Shoe Cabinet: White gloss laminate

Main Gate: Wrought iron gate with leaves pattern (champagne gold color)
Main Door: Still waiting reply from HDB whether does it need to be fire resistant type, considering to change
it as the lockset is faulty. If unable will remain white color.
Kitchen:
Kitchen cabinet: White gloss laminate with white solid surface table top; Black backsplash and mirrors
Living room:
Living room: Followed Kenneth's 3D design and choose grey walls for the wall. Rest of the house would be
in painted in Sail white color.
Master Bedroom:
Master Bedroom: Followed 3D design but we requested to have a small partition in the false partition in
order to put darling's toothbrush, tumbler and etc.. solved her headache..
Vanity area: In addition, requested the mirror to go all the way up to the ceiling to make the crampy area
looks bigger.. wanted to bargain for a glass door but unable to get it. However, Kenneth gave
us mirrors on the bi-fold doors, hope it turn out to be nice..
Wall and flooring: Wall painted in Bisque color (might be getting wall paper from Goodrich). Will be using
classy woody laminate from Germany (new brand) instead of Prego.. hope it is good..
Afterwhich, we went to this shop called Lite Fusion to buy our Sanitary wares. Highly suspicous that Kenneth have an vested interest in this shop...
Basically, stuff we bought:
2 x 1 piece WC (Crizto) haha comes with a pipe
2 basin -- smaller one for common toilet, more expensive one with tap for master bedroom
Shower set : Rain shower for the master bedroom but it was not as big but hope it doesnt become like drizzle
Towel bars and toilet holders..
Lightings: 20 down lights, few lightings for kitchen, storeroom and foyer.. wanted to get a nice light for foyer but it was xxx and limited choices.. shall go overseas to source for it and dinning lamps (quoted 350 for it)- All in resulted in 3K of damages(whole hse sanitary and lights fittings sia).. faintz but it is relatively cheaper in comparsion if we to buy an Hansgrohe rain shower set for 1.5k

Aferwhich, we went to Ang Mo Kio to check out the water purifier but when it we heard it was second hand... turn off liao and we went back to tampines Blk 201 for late lunch and to check out ceiling fans.
Overall, the Tampines shop is cheaper for fans (final price is inclusive of installation) therefore will be getting from them but still deciding what color and brand to choose from.. shall research more
